What is mental health? Mental health has multiple meanings and everyone’s experience is different. It affects our mental, emotional and social well being along with how we act, think and feel. Our mental health guides how we make decisions, and manage stress. Trying to navigate the pandemic and the added stressors on top of daily life, has been another challenge for our well being. It can be hard to talk about these challenges, and to ask for help!
